important notes

• Credit Cards: Part 1 (Turn Up) can be paid by credit card. Some parts of Part 2 (Turn Down) allow credit cards and some do not, depending on the vendor. All credit card payments have a 3.5 percent processing fee.
• Non–Credit Card Payments: You may also pay using Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or check made out to Qaadir and Chantel Williams.
• Deposit: Whether you’re doing Part 1, Part 2, or Both, a 500 dollar deposit per room (not per person) is due January 10th, 2025.
• Deposits are refundable until March 20th, 2025.
• After March 20th, deposits are non-refundable, but fully transferable to someone else who wants to take your place.
• Payment Schedule: After your deposit is paid, your remaining balance is split into four equal payments, due on:
April 10th, 2026
July 10th, 2026
October 10th, 2026
January 10th, 2027
• Costumes: Costumes are purchased separately through the official costume vendor, and costumes are not refundable under any circumstances. We will connect you to the band once registration opens.
