Range: $500–$1,500 per person depending on how “big” you go (more pieces, more feathers/bling, bigger backpack, premium section). Costumes are paid directly to the band and are not included in the trip package.

Convenience included: Your package does however includes costume pickup and drop-off for convenience, but not the costume cost itself.
(All rooms are standard hotel rooms with two beds per room.)

important notes
Deposit:
• Whether you’re doing Part 1, Part 2, or Both, a 250 dollar deposit per person is due Feb 1st, 2026.
• Deposits are refundable until March 25th, 2026.
• After March 25th, deposits are non-refundable, but fully transferable to someone else who wants to take your place.

Payment Schedule:
• After your deposit is paid, your remaining balance is split into four equal payments, due on:
• March 25th, 2026
• June 25th, 2026
• September 25th, 2026
• January 10th, 2027

Costumes:
• Costumes are purchased separately through the official costume vendor, and costumes are not refundable under any circumstances. We will connect you to the band once registration opens.

Credit Cards:
• Part 1 (Turn Up) can be paid by credit card. Some parts of Part 2 (Turn Down) allow credit cards and some do not, depending on the vendor. All credit card payments have a 3.5 percent processing fee.
